Clarity

The world is changing. Every second, every day it changes. Fads come and go, technology evolves, people's ideals and beliefs mature.
When we are young we spend our time trying to be like everyone else. When we reach the first milestone age (around 25) we begin to develop our true selves.
People begin to believe things they didn't as children. Things we just accepted because that is what we were taught, we now question.
I've noticed a lot of friends and family changing things about themselves recently. The way they interact with the world, the way they eat, the way they live.
I've done it too.
Perhaps I'll do it again when I reach that next milestone age (mid life?)
For now I am beginning again. I will be going back to school to do something I probably should have done 13 years ago. If I had, would I be the person I am today?
I won't regret the choices I've made, or the person I have become.
I will continue to grow, to learn, to change. I am not a block of stone to be chiseled into a final shape. I am a ball of clay, that can forever be remade into something new.
I am ready for change. What will I be today?
